Opppss. I was Forget to Care my nails...

With all the responsibilities people have with work, family, social engagements and others, most people do not have a lot time to spend on their nails. At the same time, however, neat nails add to clean and professional appearance. The good news is that you do not need to spend a fortune to have nice looking nails.

Let's we see the tips...

1. Eat a healthy diet rich in calcium, potassium, vitamin B and iron. Nails are made up of keratin, a hard protein; so adding soy, celery, seafood and dairy products to your diet can help your body produce keratin and aid in nail growth and health.

2. Drink plenty of water to prevent brittle nails, splitting nails are often caused by insuffient hydration of your body, so keeping yourself hydrated can prevent your nails from breaking.

3.  Add more vitamin B to your diet if you notice ridges in your nails. adding foods rich in vitamin B to meals is better than vitamin supplements. foods naturally rich in vitamin B included barley, wheat bran, oats, avocado, salmon and Brazil nuts.

4. Trim your nails often in a squared or rounded shapes to prevent breaking and splitting. Use a fine grain file when smoothing the cut edges. Trim your articles carefully with a cuticles, rub your nails gently with lemon, especially if you have brittle nails.

5. Apply a light layer of tea tree oil three times a day to your fingernails if you suffon from nail fungus. Natural tea tree oil is know for its antifungal properties and can penetrate the nail better than other oils, often working faster than prescription medications.
